To better accomodate our patients, we offer 2 office locations. Dr. Balbo is available in Ridgway and Telluride.
Ridgway Office Location: 112 Village Square W. Suite 110 Ridgway, CO 81432 -Conveniently located at the intersection of Hwy 550 and Hwy 62, on the NE corner of the intersection (in the large building with Remax Realty sign).
Telluride Office Location:

If you would like to make an appointment at our Ridgway office, please call 970-626-7137. Dr. Balbo is available in Telluride on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. To schedule an appointment with Dr. Balbo at our Telluride office, call 612-384-3529 or email drbalbo@gmail.com.
Financial
1. ALL FEES ARE PAYABLE AT THE TIME OF SERVICE.
2. We will provide you with an itemized bill for each visit which may be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Please note: Our fees are commensurate with the level of care that we provide. However, because we provide services that may be considered complementary or alternative medicine, some insurance companies may deny reimbursement for our services. If this happens, we encourage you to take this up with your insurance company in the hopes that it will bring about a change in their policy to meet the needs of the patients they insure. Balance Natural Medicine, LLC is not a Medicare participating provider.
Cancellations
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
